2. the Director of Public Health and Family welfare, Hyderabad is requested to examine the proposal of the District Medical and Health Office, Chittoor keeping in view the orders issued in G.O.Rt.No.273 HM&FW J2) Dept dated 16-02-2012 and suspension of the items of 1 (b), 4, 14 and 15 issued vide Govt.Memo.No.10397/J2/2004 dated 15-03-2012 by the Hon’ble Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hydrerabad in O.A.No.2245/2012 and various OAs and to take necessary action as per rules in force from time to time and communicate the same to the All District Medical and Health Officers in the State.
