In the circumstances reported by the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, in his letter 5

2. The Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Hyderabad has informed that there is no apparent justifications or continuing nursing and Para-medical posts on contract basis for more than ten years. She is further requested to conduct a comprehensive review of all Technical, Paramedical and nursing posts existing at present in all Departments / Units / Hospitals / Health Centres etc., that are filled on contract / outsourcing basis and come up with proposals for :-

a) Filling up all the such posts on regular basis, if the post is a sanctioned post ;

b) Obtaining sanction for establishment on regular basis if the post is sanctioned on temporary basis.

3. She is also informed that no further extension will be granted unless the above mentioned exercise is got completed before 30

4. The Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.

TH read above the Government hereby accord permission to the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Hyderabad to continue the following staff who were appointed on contract basis in terms G.O. first read above, for a further period from May, 2012 to 30.09.2012 by following the procedure laid down in G.O.Rt.No.12, Health, Medical and Family Welfare (J2) Department dated 04.01.2004 duly entering into fresh agreement :-th September, 2012.

5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (SMPC.II) Department, vide their U.O.No.12272/292/A1/SMPC.II/2012, dated 19.05.2012.

After careful examination of the circumstances reported by the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare in the letter 3

dated 5.1.2004 duly entering into a fresh contractual agreement and following outsourcing guidelines.

2. The Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Hyderabad is permitted to pay till they are terminated and wherever they are yet to be terminated to comply with G.O.Ms.No.273, HM&FW, (J2) Department dated 16.2.2012 and regulate their pay upto 30.6.2012 only.

3. The Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.

4. This order is being issued with the concurrence of Finance (SMPC.II) Department, vide their U.O.No.2734/61/SMPC.II/2012, dated 17.02.2012.

rd read above, the Government hereby accord permission to the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare for extension of the contractual services of one thousand, seven hundred and eighty one (1,781) Multi Purpose Health Assistants-Male (MPHA-M) who were contracted in terms of G.O.Rt.No.1234 Health, Medical and Family Welfare (J2) Department dated 15.9.2006 from November, 2011 to June, 2012 by following the procedure laid down in G.O.Rt.No.12, Health, Medical and Family Welfare (J2) Department
