O R D E R:

In the circumstances reported by the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare,  Hyderabad  in the letters 3^rd and 4th read above, the Government after careful examination, hereby accord permission to the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare to extend the term of contract of Two Thousand Three Hundred and Twenty Four (2,324) Multi Purpose Health Assistants  (Male), for a period of one year i.e. from June 2010 to May 2011 duly following the procedure laid down in G.O.Rt.No.12, Health, Medical and Family Welfare (J2) Department, dated 5.1.2004 duly entering into fresh agreement by following the guidelines. 

2.       The Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly. The Director shall submit proposals to the Government well in advance of the period of expiry of the contract should there be need for extension of contract beyond May, 2011.

3.       This order issues with the concurrence of Fin.(SMPC) Dept vide their U.O.No.35773.E/1128/A1/SMPC.II/2010, dated 24.12.2010

Medical and Health department Govt passed 32 unknown (confidencial) G.Os, there is no need of issue such type of G.Os in Govt, the same matter was came in 12.12.2010 Andhra Prabha Daily News Paper, friends I think this Govt again started a new version for putting the iron leg upon employees including contractual services, please remember this day and try to find out the G.Os immediately, and inform all of your friends and leaders about the wrong G.Os issued agianst the employees. and we also trying to find out the said G.Os, please make Patience in this time and help our leaders, same time get ready to fight against the Govt, to regularize our service.
